In UFC Fight Night 205 on 23 April 2022, Barber was a fighter against Montana De La Rosa and emerged victorious by unanimous decision. Barber fought Jessica Eye in UFC 276 on the 2nd of July in 2022. Barber was replaced by Casey O'Neill. Barber won the fight unanimously. Additionally, it was the last fight under her deal with UFC. Later, that same year she signed a new contract with the organization. Barber lost to Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on March 25, 2023, at UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
